Project Accountant – Full Time
ML Emporio is hiring a Project Accountant to support the financial success of our real estate development projects. This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven professional to grow their accounting career in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Track project costs & support full-cycle accounting
Assist with budgets, forecasts & financial reporting
Manage A/R, A/P & vendor payments
Maintain GL accounts & support cash flow planning|
Ensure lender compliance & audit readiness
Collaborate with project & development teams
What You Bring:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–3 years’ experience in real estate/development accounting
Knowledge of construction job costing
Proficiency in SAGE (or similar ERP) & advanced Excel
Detail-oriented, analytical, and team-focused
CPA or working toward it is a plus
